Field Trip to Penn & Fountain Ave. Landfills

Date: Sunday, July 1st

Timing and Logistics:

• Buses depart from ITP-NYU at 9:00am
• We will travel to Penn & Fountain Ave. Landfills via bus and arrive at approximately 10:15am
• Attendees will need to sign waivers during the bus trip for access into Penn & Fountain Ave. Landfills
• We will leave Penn & Fountain Ave. Landfills at 11:45am, returning to ITP-NYU at approximately 1:00pm

Considerations

• There is no shade at Penn & Fountain Ave. Landfills, so dress for the heat and sun – hats & sunblock are recommended
• Bring water and a snack
• Bug spray is recommended
• Restroom options are limited
